Placement Program – receive use of LeadCare® II analyzer at no cost with purchase of 4 LeadCare® II test kits
Commitment to purchase 8 test kits annually (384 tests). Note: the initial 4-kit purchase counts toward the first year’s 8-kit commitment.
Volume commitment is required: customer agrees to purchase 8 kits per year from the initial purchase order date
Initial shipment includes a bundle package: 4 test kits + 1 no charge analyzer (Meridian owns the equipment)
Customer and sales rep must sign the agreement to verify the annual volume requirement
Test kit includes:
- (48) Sensors
- (48) Tubes of Treatment Reagent
- (50) Capillary Tubes and Plungers
- (50) Transfer Droppers
- 2 Levels of Quality Control
- (1) Calibration Button
