Rotating lever locks chartholders in place. A turn of the handle releases locking mechanism. When removing or replacing chartholder, it is guided by rubber covered aluminum. Convenient bottom shelf. Anodized aluminum frame of heavy 1€ diameter tubing. 3€ ball bearing casters, 2 with locking brakes.
